Report illegal content

This form is for formally reporting content that you believe is illegal under European Union or Polish law. You do not need to know the specific legal provision — describe clearly why you believe the content is unlawful.

If you want to report an ordinary problem with a listing, such as outdated information, incorrect data, a duplicate, or spam, use “Report a problem with this listing” on the listing page. This form is intended for notices of illegal content under the DSA.

Exact URL of the reported content The address must point to content on KomuDom.pl. If you are reporting a specific listing, it is best to copy its full address. Where exactly is the problem? (optional) Type of reported content The category helps route the matter for appropriate review. It does not determine the outcome of the notice. Why do you consider this content illegal?

Contact details. As a rule, a formal notice should include the reporter’s name or organization name and email address. If the notice concerns sexual abuse of minors / CSAM material, both fields may be left blank under the exception provided for in Article 16 of the DSA.
