Start with a specific title
Buyers should immediately know what the offer is about. Instead of saying "Exceptional apartment in a great location," provide the most important parameters.
Provide the most important information at the beginning
The first paragraph can have two sentences: property type, area, location, floor, and most important feature.
For sale: a 64 m², 3-room apartment in Warsaw's Mokotów district. The unit is located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator and includes a balcony.
Describe what the buyer is really interested in
In a few sentences, describe the room layout, condition of the apartment, floor, elevator, balcony or terrace, basement, parking and monthly service charge. If the property needs renovation, say so clearly.
Show why the location is good
Instead of writing "great location," provide specifics: how many minutes it takes to get to the bus stop, where there are shops, schools, parks, or metro stations. This gives buyers much more than advertising claims.
Use good photos
Before taking photos, tidy the apartment, uncover the windows and use natural light. Show all important rooms and avoid heavy filters. The photos should present the property attractively but realistically.
Provide price and basic costs
The selling price, rent, and any additional costs should be easy to find. If a garage or parking space is a separate fee, indicate this upfront.
