Before you make a decision
KomuDom helps you find listings and contact advertisers, but it is not a party to the transaction. Be particularly cautious if someone pressures you, asks for money upfront, or tries to move the conversation to a suspicious service.
Beware of links and time pressure
Do not enter login details, SMS codes, or card details on pages sent by another person. Be especially cautious with messages such as “you must pay now”.
Verify the advertiser
Before transferring money, verify the person’s identity, their right to dispose of the property, and the documents needed to conclude the agreement safely.
Report suspicious listings
If the price, description, contact details, or the other person’s behavior raises doubts, do not ignore it. Use the reporting option on the listing or contact the site administrators.
Does something look suspicious?
End the conversation, do not transfer money or data, and inform us. If you suspect a crime, also contact the appropriate authorities.
